Kodagu, also known as Coorg, is a rural district in the southwest Indian state of Karnataka. In the area’s north, Madikeri Fort has 2 life-size elephant statues at its entrance, plus a Gothic-style church with a museum on its grounds. Nearby, the Hindu Omkareshwara Temple dates back to the 19th century. Farther north are the domed Raja’s Tomb, a burial place of Kodava kings, and cascading Abbi Falls.

Day 1: Arrival Bangalore – Coorg( 6hrs Drive)

Arrival at Bangalore –by Air, Bus and Rail our representative will meet and assist you to
proceed to Coorg passing the Karnataka villages, lush green plantations. On arrival in
Coorg check in to the hotel. Afternoon, you may opt to go for a sightseeing tour of Coorg
visiting Madikeri Fort, Raja Seat. At Raja Seat enjoy the spectacular sunset which will
refresh one’s mind. Overnight at Coorg.’

Day 2: Coorg Sightseeing

Have a delicious breakfast at the hotel. Then go for a full day sightseeing tour in and
around Madikeri visiting Talakkaveri, Nisargadhama, Tibetan Monastery and the Harangi
Dam. Talakaveri – This is the origin of river Kaveri on the eastern slopes of Brahmagiri
peak at 1350 metres altitude, about 8 km by road from Bhagamandala.An enclosure
around the spring called Gundige is connected to a small pond beside. The water from
the pond goes underground and comes out after about one kilometer down the hill.
There are three shrines above the spring and birds eye view of west-coast from the hill
range. Overnight at Coorg.

Day 3: Coorg

After breakfast, select a full pleasure trip and visit Tata Tea Estate, Iruppu Falls and
Nagarhole park, well-known for its population of Elephants, Tigers and Indian bovid, with
made forest cowl, little streams, hills, valleys and waterfalls. over night at the hotel.

Day 4: Coorg - Bangalore departure

Enjoy the breakfast at hotel and check out from the hotel to drive back to Bangalore to
board your train or flight for your onward journey with ever lasting memories of a holiday.
